Orders placed with Cash on Delivery are subject to the following conditions:
Returns: COD orders are eligible for a 14-day return window from the date of delivery (compared to 30 days for prepaid orders).
Cancellations: COD orders may be cancelled at any time before the order is fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled and shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted.
All other return eligibility conditions (unused, original packaging, proof of purchase) apply equally to COD orders.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

To exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
